We are pleased to announce that Hélène Hubert will take part in the 2024 edition of the Salon d’Automne at the Pavillons éphémères on the Avenue des Champs-Élysées in Paris from 23 to 27 October 2024.

The aesthetics and concerns of this new series are close to magic realism.
An everyday place – the city – is submerged by a miraculous event; invented vegetation reclaims its colonised land.
This is undoubtedly one of the reasons for the symbolic framing of the square.
These images fit together like a jigsaw puzzle to tell a story, to unfold a world. Each photograph is conceived as a single tessera, part of a larger whole that might be called a mosaic.
