Opening reception
“Droit de Regards” is more than an exhibition: it is an introduction, an open door to the year’s artistic program at the galerie l’Estampille in Brussels.
For the season opening at Galerie l’Estampille, the Artist Hélène Hubert presents “Rings a bell …” in a 36 x 24 inches format.
Don’t miss her solo exhibition, “Secret Garden” from December 3 to 13, 2025, at the Galerie l’Estampille in Brussels.
Hélène Hubert says :
“Mother Nature Mirror is a photographic series that reflects the secret aura of still lifes. Every place, every object becomes a living witness, imbued with deep memories, a bundle of energies that unfolds across past, present, and future. Hélène Hubert brings absence back to life, turning silence into a screaming eternity where memories pop-up and stay. Despite the absence of humans, these suspended universes are filled with vibrant life, a luminous reflection of the endless energy of our connection to nature, emphasizing that everything is interconnected and shared.”

Webinar summary : The new realities of the art market
The Artsper team, European leader in online art sales, invited Anne-Cécile Hervé, Director of the Lille Art Up! art fair, and Virginie Tison, Founder, Curator of Art Trope Gallery and Trainer dedicated to professionalizing artistic careers, to discuss the profound changes currently taking place in the art market.
Several points were raised, such as:
Artists need to professionalize in order to develop their talent and make it shine
We would like to thank Corridor Éléphant, a publishing house dedicated to contemporary photography, for promoting Rodolfo Franchi‘s series “Unlikely Encounters”.

What compels you to stage the absurdity?
“To me, staging absurd situations is a way to dream and escape the daily grind that sometimes crushes us. Absurdity is omnipresent in our lives. Just turn on your TV, step outside and see how human beings manage their destiny on the planet. Life itself is absurd. Born into it, we spend our lives trying to make sense of it, only to disappear. There’s something completely surreal about all this. Rather than face up to the absurd, I’d rather make it my route mate.”
Would you say your series contains some sort of cruel irony?
“This description fits my series perfectly. Each image is associated with a title that contains a pinch second-degree level. Irony is an integral part of my work. I love humor, especially when it’s dark, even though I know that it has to be handled with care because it’s not always well understood. In this series, it stings, cuts, breaks, and scratches. Sometimes it’s painful. It’s my way of mourning. a part of my life that I’ll never experience again.”
