The artist’s mastery of materials and techniques allows her to compose her works with an instinctive approach, always guided by the balance of the elements. In doing so, Laétitia Tallio Pivaut creates abstract universes as unreal worlds out of her subconscious mind, moments of the psyche that she transfers into painting. Layers overlap, hidden writings are concealed in broad gestures, like a window opening onto another world. By challenging our imagination, our personal vision, the painter stimulates our awareness and appeals to our free will.
