Our news : November 2025
We are delighted to announce that Art Trope Gallery takes part in the 2025 edition of the ST-ART Contemporary Art Fair in Strasbourg, France, located at the Parc des Expositions (Rue Fritz Kieffer, 67000, STRASBOURG) from 14 to 16 November 2025.
For this edition, Art Trope Gallery, under the curatorial direction of Virginie Tison, presents at the booth 2B07 a program focused on memory, perception, and the resonance of the natural and human worlds. The booth brings together three artists whose complementary approaches offer a poetic and sensory exploration of our relationship with life, the city and the universe : Jean-Claude Bertrand, Rodolfo Franchi, and Jacqueline H-Botquelen.

Painter Jean-Claude Bertrand exhibits his series “Nature”, result of a deep need to reconnect with the essential.
With his water landscapes, light, and vibrant horizons, he explores the fragility and power of the natural world.
Here, painting becomes a way to express emotion and awareness, the beauty of life’s vulnerability.

Photographer Rodolfo Franchi, in his photographic series “Couleurs Urbaines” (Urban Colors), questions the place of the senses in urban space.
The artist captures the unexpected dialogues between nature and architecture, shadow and light, humanity and urbanity.
His compositions reveal fragments of beauty and humor hidden in the heart of urban landscapes, giving the city a poetic breath of fresh air.

Painter Jacqueline H-Botquelen presents the series “Camera Scura : Pentimenti, Shadows, and Murmurations”.
Through the contrast between light and darkness, presence and absence, she explores memory, resilience, and the interconnection between humanity, biodiversity, and the cosmos.
Her works convey a cosmic and organic vision of existence, where matter becomes memory and light becomes revelation.
By bringing these three worlds together, Art Trope Gallery offers an immersive journey where painting and photography engage in a dialogue around a shared quest: that of finding a balance between memory, perception, and transformation.
Each work, whether pictorial or photographic, becomes a space of resonance between the intimate and the universal, between contemplation and awakening.

Virginie Tison invites you to explore the theme of “Collecting with heart and strategy”, an event designed to support you understand how to combine the thrill of impulse buying with the creation of a coherent and lasting art collection. Through practical advice, this conference offers a clear vision for collecting with passion and wisdom.
Conference : Friday 14 November 2025 (afternoon)
We are pleased to announce the participation of Hélène Hubert in the Photography Section and Jacqueline H-Botquelen in the Synthesis Section at the 2025 Salon d’Automne from 29 October to 2nd November 2025, at the Pavillon éphémère, Place de la Concorde in Paris.
Hélène Hubert presents “Victoria”, a work from her series “Botanical Shards : Utricularia Dimorphanta”. The photographer’s process of deconstruction and visual recomposition allows her to explore the fragmented beauty of plants and to magnify natural forms into bursts of light, somewhere between abstraction and tangible reality.
Jacqueline H-Botquelen presents “Shadows II”, a work from her series “Camera Scura – Pentimenti, Shadows, Murmurations”. The artist uses shadow as her raw material, working with it through paint, paper, and light. Each layer of the shadow becomes memory and resilience, a poetic transparency where light passes through wounds to sublimate them.
Founded in 1903, the Salon d’Automne is a major event on the French and international art scene. It has revealed great names such as Matisse, Picasso, Kupka, and Modigliani. Its mission: to defend living art, across all disciplines, in a spirit of innovation, freedom, and transmission.
Art Trope Gallery, under the direction of curator Virginie Tison, is more than just an art gallery. It is part of an overall strategy designed to bring about lasting change in the representation and ecosystem of artists, supported by three axes: Art Professional School & Art Coach (training and professionalization), Art Trope Gallery (long-term representation), and Art Trope Agency (development of international recognition).
With bases in Paris, at the heart of European artistic synergy, and in Singapore, a key cultural and economic hub in Asia, Art Trope Gallery asserts its international scope. This dual positioning allows it to offer its artists greater visibility, privileged access to Asian and Western markets, and opportunities for new forms of collaboration and collection.
This innovative structure is based on the strong belief that artists need comprehensive support in order to develop sustainable, structured, and recognized careers. The gallery represents painters, photographers, and sculptors, supporting their work with high standards, sensitivity, and strategic vision. Each artist receives personalized, long-term support, combining curatorial advice, international visibility, and promotion of their work through dedicated showcases and exhibitions on major art scenes.
Each exhibition is designed to be an immersive experience, a dialogue between the artwork and the viewer, and between the piece and the mind. The gallery is a great career booster. It stands out thanks to its ability to combine curatorial expertise, digital innovation, and a human approach to the gallery business.
Virginie Tison, the founder of the organization, has a background in the arts, communications, and international finance. She uses her experience to support the artists she works with. The dual mission of Virginie Tison is to provide contemporary artists with the tools, networks, and visibility necessary to establish a lasting presence for their work in the art market, and to assist collectors in building their art collections by providing them with reliable benchmarks and consistent selection criteria.
